Captain Jack's favorite tool

While the TARDIS is an excellent mode of transportation, there's something elegant about Captain Jack's Vortex Manipulator. No keys, no crazy control room, no explosions, just a big wristwatch-looking gadget.

The real Vortex Manipulator has the following functions:

Communication, message storage, listening to the radio
Holographic projection (help me Obi-Wan Doctobi!)
Track life signs
Control electronic devices
Unlocking Torchwood 3's HQ
Manipulating the time vortex (of course!)
